I had the pleasure of visiting the Amador Wine Country last weekend, with some of my old friends from school. I must say, all of the wineries were beautiful and had wonderful ambiance, but the one winery that completely took my breath away, was Villa Toscano. The wines are fabulous, the scenery is exquisite and the service is unbeatable! I plan on returning again, and would highly recommend them to anyone interested.
Took my wife on a wine tour for her 50th and had a great time. Been to Napa, but liked the simple, “family-like” aura of Amador. The area is very calm and relaxing and I will be going back soon (my birthday is next month…Ha ha).
